Gainers

Yahoo Inc. (YHOO) stock rose 2.27 percent to $15.31 in the pre-market trading. Singapore Press Holdings said on Wednesday it filed a copyright infringement lawsuit against Yahoo in the Singapore High Court, alleging the Internet giant reproduced news from its newspapers without permission, according to Reuters. In our statement of claim, we cited as examples 23 articles from our newspapers which Yahoo! had reproduced over a 12-month period without our licence or authorisation, Singapore Press spokeswoman Chin Soo Fang told Reuters.

ASML Holding NV (ASML) stock moved up 0.32 percent to $37.19 in the pre-market trading.

Brigham Exploration Co. (BEXP) stock moved up 0.17 percent to $36.40 in the pre-market trading.

First Solar, Inc. (FSLR) stock moved up 0.12 percent to $40.85 in the pre-market trading. The shares regained after it closed Tuesday's regular trading down 6.27 percent at $40.80. The stock also touched a new 52-week low of $40.64 on Tuesday.

Losers

Diamond Foods, Inc. (DMND) stock fell 11.01 percent to $31.12 in the pre-market trading. The stock touched a new 52-week low of $34.24 during Tuesday's regular trading. Rigrodsky & Long, P.A. said it has filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on behalf of all persons or entities who purchased or otherwise acquired the stock of Diamond Foods between Dec. 9, 2010 and Nov. 4, 2011, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. Separately, Hagens Berman is deepening its investigation of Diamond Foods' accounting practices and payments to walnut growers for securities violations following recent news of the possible suicide of a member of the company's board of directors and audit committee. On Tuesday, reports indicated that Joseph Silveira , a member of the board of directors at Diamond Foods, had committed suicide. According to a report, Silveira had recused himself from the company's investigation into walnut payments because he managed walnut properties.

Rambus Inc. (RMBS) stock slid 3.60 percent to $7.76 in the pre-market trading.

Netflix, Inc. (NFLX) stock declined 2.97 percent to $68.36 in the pre-market trading. The stock touched a new 52-week low of $69 during Tuesday's regular trading.

Groupon, Inc. (GRPN) stock decreased 2.84 percent to $19.50 in the pre-market trading. According to a Reuters report, Groupon stock declined due to concern about increased competition.

Central European Distribution Corp. (CEDC) stock declined 2.80 percent to $3.13 in the pre-market trading.

Micron Technology Inc. (MU) stock decreased 2.30 percent to $5.96 in the pre-market trading.
