From bronchitis to sciatica pain, Jessica Simpson had to deal with a lot these past few months during her pregnancy. After suffering on her own all this time, the singer and actress shared her ordeal on social media recently. She apparently had a lot of anxiety that she seems to have managed to get rid of.

Fans who have been following Simpson on Instagram will know about the challenges she faced with the swollen foot. She was able to solve that problem through some alternative Chinese therapy known as cupping, which helps regulate the blood flow. However, there were other problems that the celebrity faced, and it is only now that she is sharing them online.

In her recent post on Instagram, Simpson looks healthy. But, she explained in her post that she experienced sciatica pain for a month and then bronchitis for three weeks after that. With her swollen feet problem solved she is finally able to slip her feet into her sneakers, and she needed that because she wanted to “walk out a lot of anxiety.”

This will be the third child for Simpson with husband Eric Johnson. She previously shared bridal shower pictures online, revealing the name of the unborn child to be Birdie.

According to a report by US Magazine, Simpson previously wrote on social media that her next child will make them a family of five. She has already built the crib for her unborn daughter and called it Birdie’s Nest.

According to a report by People, a source revealed that Simpson felt very loved on the day of the baby shower. During the event she was surrounded by her close friends, her mother, and her sister.

The source also revealed the reason why Simpson chose the name Birdie for her unborn daughter. This is apparently the family name on her side of the family.
