Prince George reportedly had a say on his he wants his 6th birthday to be celebrated on July 22.

According to The Sun, the eldest son of Prince William and Kate Middleton wants to have a low-key celebration. The royal couple didn’t influence their child on how he should celebrate his special day, but Prince George really just wanted something simple.

The celebration will take place at Anmer Hall. There might also be a small celebration with his friends in London. A source said that the third in line to the throne likes people, and this may be something that he inherited from his parents.

But at the age of 5, Prince George already knows that it is important to know if he can trust a person because not everyone has his best interest at heart. He is reportedly closest to his aunt and uncle, Zara and Mike Tindall.

The source also told the publication that the future king has matured tremendously even though he will only be turning 6 years old.

“While the outside world sees him as an infant, George is very much his own man. When he goes back to Thomas’s Battersea in September, his year [Year 2] will be head of the lower school,” the source said.

And since Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis are getting more of the attention at home since they are younger, Prince George has learned how to become more independent.

“Yes, he has been protected from some of the realities about being third in line to the throne, but it is almost as if he is hard-wired to feel a sense of responsibility,” the source said.

Whenever he’s out in public, it has also become more evident that he and his younger sister have very different personalities. Even though Prince George also has a playful side, he is more serious than Princess Charlotte. He is also shyer compared to his only sister.
