Prince Harry just made a shocking promise about the hit Netflix show, “The Crown.”

During a recent interview on BBC’s “Breakfast,” royal expert Angela Levin shared details from his conversation with the Duke of Sussex. Levin said that the first thing Prince Harry asked her if she watches “The Crown.”

Levin was embarrassed to admit to Meghan Markle’s husband that she had not been watching the series, but she was more surprised to hear what Archie’s dad had to say.

“I’m going to make sure I stop it before they get to me,” he said.

Prince Harry didn’t want his life and relationship with Markle to be depicted on the show. But he’s actually in luck because Suzanne Mackie, the producer of “The Crown,” said that the series won’t tackle present-day royals.

“To be honest, whatever ‘The Crown’ is after where we are now, I doubt we’ll ever go as far into the present day,” she said.

But some members of the royal family couldn’t escape being portrayed on another show. HBO Max just announced that upcoming release of the animated series “The Prince.”

The show will revolve around Prince William and Kate Middleton’s eldest child, Prince George, spilling the tea on the royal family. “The Prince” was produced by Gary Janetti, who was also behind the hit show, “Family Guy.”

A photo from one of the scenes in “The Prince” shows the animated version of Prince Harry, Markle, Prince William, Middleton, Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Prince Charles, Camilla Parker Bowles, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte.

In the snap, all of them are standing outside Buckingham Palace.

In a statement, Janetti said that he’s thrilled to be working with HBO again on a new series, where members of the royal family will be ruthlessly fighting for the throne.

As of late, the release date for “The Prince” hasn’t been announced, but HBO Max will be available starting this spring.
