Prince Harry recently snubbed his dad, Prince Charles, on Father’s Day.

The new dad uploaded a photo of his adorable firstborn, Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, on Instagram to mark the special occasion. However, Meghan Markle’s husband seems to have forgotten to include Prince Charles and Prince Philip in his post.

Prince William, who is also a father to his three children, made sure to upload a photo of Prince Charles via Instagram on Father’s Day as a way of honoring the future king.

Royal fans speculated on why Prince Harry didn’t include his dad on this year’s post and some of them are convinced that Prince Harry and Prince Charles are facing some issues in their relationship.

However, it is also possible that Prince Harry simply wanted to make his first ever Father’s Day more special and just about him and his son. Archie Harrison was born on May 6 in London, which means that this is the first time Prince Harry himself can really celebrate Father’s Day.

Last year, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex tied the knot on May 19. This means that during last year’s Father’s Day, the “Suits” alum hadn’t been pregnant with her son yet.

It is also highly unlikely for Prince Charles and Prince Harry to not be on good terms. After all, the heir to the throne played a significant role at their royal wedding. Since Markle’s dad, Thomas Markle, couldn’t attend, Prince Charles decided to walk the Duchess of Sussex down the aisle.

Weeks later, Prince Harry said that he would always be grateful to his dad for assuming the important role for his wife. And as for Prince Philip, it has previously been revealed that he and Prince Harry also have a unique relationship with each other.

However, the Duke of Edinburgh previously advised his grandson to not marry Markle because he thinks that people simply step out with actresses but they don’t marry them.
