Prince William and Prince Harry’s rumored rift reportedly reached a pretty bad state, according to a royal correspondent.

While speaking with “Good Morning Britain” host Richard Bacon, ITV’s royal correspondent Chris Ship said that the royal siblings’ feud has become so bad that even royal courtiers are left with no choice but to admit them to the public.

Ship also said that royal fans have been pitting Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton against each other when it is actually Prince Harry and Prince William that are not on good terms.

“And that’s partly, I think because, you know, we as a nation, we’ve always clumped them together and had them as the best of friends because of what they went through after the death of their mother. But anyone watching this will know that siblings have rows… It just so happens that Harry and William’s has been going on for some time,” he said.

Ship also talked about the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge’s recent visit to Frogmore Cottage to talk to Markle while she is waiting for the birth of her baby. According to the royal commentator, the royal couple had a chat with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, and they also brought house warming presents for them.

“Is that a sign that they’re trying to patch things up? Perhaps… But it’s also a sign that things had got to a pretty bad state of affairs,” he said.

Meanwhile, the royal commentator also weighed in on Markle and Prince Harry’s baby and said that Baby Sussex could be due this weekend. He said that everyone is already in the realms of an imminent arrival even though the royal couple vowed to keep their baby’s birth a private event.

Earlier this year, the “Suits” alum told royal fans that she is expected to give birth sometime at the end of April or the beginning of May.
