Princess Diana and Prince Charles didn’t engage in PDA when they were still married. In fact, the majority of their public displays of affection seemed forced.

And one occasion, Prince Charles kissed Princess Diana on the lips and she couldn’t hide her happiness and excitement because it was done in public.

A royal fan uploaded a collage of the royal couple’s kiss from Prince Charles pulling Princess Diana and the late royal tilting her head to give her then-husband a sweet kiss. Throughout the whole time, Princess Diana kept the smile on her face.

Shortly after Prince Charles kissed his wife on the lips, Princess Diana covers her mouth and giggles. Since the heir to the throne’s back is turned towards the camera, it is unclear what his reaction was during the special moment. But shortly after the kiss, Prince Charles walked away from his wife.

On another occasion, Princess Diana awarded her then-husband with a trophy, and she surprised him with a kiss. The Princess of Wales cannot hide her smile from her face once again, but the Prince of Wales seemed stoic.

It was evident that Prince Charles just gave his wife a kiss on the lips as part of a show. But behind closed doors, he didn’t really adore her.

And on another occasion, the royal couple once again kissed each other on the lips, and it is only the mom of two who is smiling and who seems happy. Prince Charles holds Princess Diana’s shoulder in an attempt to pull her close, but his face once again seemed very serious.

Prince Charles and Princess Diana tied the knot in 1981 and their divorced 15 years later. According to sources, the couple’s relationship died since they didn’t know much about each other. And after Princess Diana gave Prince Charles an heir and spare, he felt that her job for him was done.

Additionally, Prince Charles was still in love with Camilla Parker Bowles when he dated and married the late royal.
