Queen Elizabeth II was stunning in her purple coat on her recent outing.

The Queen found herself in the middle of a constitutional crisis last week after she approved the suspension of Parliament for up to five weeks following the request of new Prime Minister Boris Johnson. On Sunday, she stepped out to attend a church service and there was no trace of any strain on the monarch’s face.

Queen Elizabeth II looked stunning in her plum purple coat which she paired with a matching hat and accessorized with pearl earrings and a necklace. She was photographed inside her vehicle on the way to Crathie Kirk.

The Queen was accompanied by her only daughter Princess Anne and the latter’s husband, Tim Lawrence. Prince Charles was also with them in another vehicle but without his wife, Camilla Parker Bowles.

Despite the crisis plaguing the monarch, she appeared to be in good spirits. She was a picture of elegance as she sat beside Princess Anne.

According to a royal expert, the Queen had no option but to follow the prime minister.

“The Queen has never during her reign refused to accept the advice of her ministers,” a royal expert said. “She is a monarch guided by precedent. Therefore she will have felt pretty boxed in – that she had no option.”

“She and her advisors, I have little doubt, will be frankly resentful of the way this has been done and will be concerned at the headlines which say ‘Queen suspends Parliament.’”

A few weeks back, Queen Elizabeth II was also spotted making her way to a church service with her favorite son, Prince Andrew. On the said outing, Her Majesty looked glamorous in her pink coat with matching hat. Meanwhile, the Duke of York was dapper in his black suit.

At present, Prince Andrew is in hot water due to his connection to Jeffrey Epstein. Royal expert Marlene Koenig advised the monarch and Prince Charles to help the duke with his predicament.

According to Koenig, it’s time for the Queen and Prince of Wales to sit down with Prince Andrew and tell him to give up his patronages. She believes that it’s best for Prince Andrew to live quietly and out of the public eye.
