It looks like Bravo may be bringing an old favorite back to "The Real Housewives of Atlanta." With NeNe Leakes out for Season 8 producers are said to be looking to cast former star Shereé Whitfield.

According to E! News nothing is set in stone yet, but multiple sources say Shereé is considering their offer. It is not clear whether she would be a full time housewife or a "friend" of the other cast members. The site claims Bravo has made no decisions about the cast aside from the fact that NeNe will be gone and Claudia Jordan will no longer hold a full time spot on the series.

Shereé joined "RHOA" in 2008. She stayed with the franchise for four long seasons before leaving in 2012. At the time, Shereé told Wetpaint she felt her time to leave the show had come. Despite her speaking out on the matter, many still believed she'd been fired.

In addition to adding Shereé to the cast, the network is said to be considering recruiting actress Kim Fields. The speculation began just days after NeNe's departure. Reps for the 46-year-old actress recently told ABC News claims she was joining the cast were "intriguing, but since there's actually no deal, it's just all rumors."
