After “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 12 premiere, viewers were thrilled about Kenya Moore’s return. Although she appeared to get along with a majority of her cast members, her relationship with Nene Leakes remains damaged.

Following the premiere of the Bravo series, Kenya appeared on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” to talk about her highly-anticipated return. During the show, a fan called in and asked whether Kenya would be willing to fix her friendship with Nene.

Despite the fences Kenya has mended with former enemies, she told the viewer she couldn’t see herself forming a close bond with Nene. “The answer about NeNe is absolutely not. I think she’s pretty much dead to me,” she said.

“When someone tries to spit on you, I think they'll not ever be friends with you. That’s pretty much done," Kenya added.

In the past, Nene has slammed Kenya for not being a genuine friend to her fellow cast members. Following the “RHOA” Season 11 finale, Nene explained why she didn’t want to be friends with Kenya.

“I am the kind of friend that when you call me, I make the time to talk to you. Kenya is the kind of friend that when she has time, she will call you. Kenya is not around for [Cynthia] to talk to, and yet, she acts as if she and Kenya are friends. That’s the problem that bothers me” Nene explained.”

While it appears to be no hope for a friendship between Nene and Kenya, the former beauty queen suggested that she would be open to trying to work things out with her estranged husband Marc Daly.

During her appearance on “WWHL,” Kenya claimed the couple’s marriage was strained before the new season began. Despite her announcement about their divorce, she wouldn’t dismiss the possibility of a reconciliation

“Real Housewives of Atlanta” Season 12 airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
