Yolanda Foster and estranged husband David Foster are going head-to-head in court, trying to figure out the terms of their shocking divorce. The pair have not announced the reason for their split, though the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star listed irreconcilable differences as the cause on a January document — will they be able to put those differences aside to reach an agreement?

According to a report from People magazine, court documents show that Foster has asked the courts not to grant Hadid, 52, spousal support. They also, however, suggest that she should not be responsible for paying spousal support to him. It remains unclear whether that request will be granted.

Hadid first opened up about her divorce during the “RHOBH” Season 6 reunion special. The former model revealed to host Andy Cohen and her co-stars that she was “blindsided” by the split after “RHOBH” wrapped. This comment elicited a response from Lisa Vanderpump, who questioned just how long Hadid and Foster had been struggling. The restaurateur also inquired as to whether the divorce had anything to do with the way Hadid handled certain situations during filming. Hadid maintained that the divorce did not happen until after “RHOBH” was finished, adding that her Lyme Disease diagnosis played a major part. Hadid claimed that on Nov. 2, 2015, she and Foster had “a discussion” that lead to the end of their marriage.

It was also revealed that in the wake of their separation, Hadid and Foster had not spoken. She did not, however, appear to be harboring hard feelings toward Foster. She told Cohen that she largely blamed herself for the split, admitting that she changed dramatically after being diagnosed with Lyme disease. She claimed she essentially “fell off the planet” after getting sick, which left Foster without his partner. Hadid further shocked co-stars and fans by telling Cohen she did not intend to marry again.

Divorce documents were officially filed on Jan. 12, according to E! News. The paperwork reportedly listed Nov. 18, 2015 — just weeks before the couple released a statement on the matter — as the official date of separation. In the documents, filed by Hadid, the “RHOBH” star requests that her estranged husband be responsible for both legal fees and spousal support.
