It looks like Jim Bellino and Heather McDonald have buried the hatchet.

According to a joint statement obtained by TMZ, the lawsuit Jim waged against Heather has been settled.

"[They've] reached a settlement of the dispute on mutually satisfactory terms," the statement reads. It also mentions that Heather "never intended to cause any of the damage" to Jim's reputation or that of his business.

Jim, who appeared on "The Real Housewives of Orange County" when his ex-wife Alexis Bellino was a cast member, sued Heather in June 2019. Per the outlet, he claimed that she "shamelessly dished and peddled unsubstantiated gossip" about his divorce with Alexis on an episode of Heather's podcast, "The Juicy Scoop." Whether there was a monetary payout remains unknown as the details of the settlement remain confidential.

Heather isn't the only one who Jim has come after legally. He has also sued "RHOC" star Shannon Beador and fellow "RHOC" alum Tamra Judge. All three lawsuits, though, stem from the same episode of Heather's podcast.

Shannon's legal woes with Jim were resolved in June 2019 when he was ordered to dish a six-figure payout of $137,340.25. The funds were awarded to assist with the legal bills she'd acquired. Meanwhile, it seems that Tamra's case is still ongoing.

In a blog post from March 2019, Jim outlined the allegations against Tamra, writing, "My family and I have sadly been the target of slanderous statements made by Tamra Judge that date back to 2011." He also added that the "housewife" called him a "cocaine dealer" and a "faux Christian."
