Earlier this week, Chris Brown failed a drug test after testing positive for marijuana. At the time, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg did not find him in violation of his probation, which stems from his 2009 assault on ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

However, Judge Schnegg scheduled a hearing on Nov. 1 to decide whether or not she will charge him with violating probation.

Prior to Brown’s progress report hearing, Rihanna tweeted Brown, “I'm praying for you and wishing u the best today!” Brown replied, “thank u so much.”

Now, RadarOnline is reporting that Rihanna is willing to go to court and support her ex-love.

"Rihanna has spoken to Chris since his progress reporting hearing on Monday afternoon and offered her continued support. Rihanna told Chris she would go to court on November 1 for his court appearance and tell Judge Patricia Schnegg that she shouldn't set a hearing to decide if he violated terms of his probation because he has accepted responsibility for his actions and has apologized to RiRi on multiple occasions," a source told the gossip site.

Last month, Rihanna admitted to talk show host Oprah that Brown “was my first love and I see that he loved me the same way. We were very young and very spontaneous."

She went on to say: "We ran free. We ran wild. We were falling in love going in at a really rapid pace and we forgot about ourselves as individuals."

Earlier this month, Chris Brown revealed his latest body art, a tattoo of a woman's face on his neck, and it was speculated to be an image of Rihanna.

According to the New York Daily News, the black-and-white image on Brown's neck shows a woman with a bone structure strikingly similar to that of Rihanna. Her lips are covered in stitches and she looks like she has a black eye and bruising on the right side of her face.

Sources close to Brown told TMZ that any similarities the picture has with Rihanna's face were simply coincidental, as "It's a random woman."

The image, however, looks very much like Rihanna's face after Brown assaulted her in 2009, which resulted in her having a black eye and bruised lip.

It seems like since the incident, the former lovers have kissed and made up-- literally. During the VMAs earlier this month, Brown congratulated the "We Found Love" singer after she won the coveted Video of the Year award. They were seen kissing on the lips and embracing, even though Brown is still with Tran. Rihanna later patted Brown on the head and smiled as she returned to her seat.
