Rob Kardashian Breaks Silence On Twitter After Skipping Kim Kardashian And Kanye West's Wedding

News broke over the weekend that Rob Kardashian skipped sister Kim Kardashian’s wedding to Kanye West. Now the youngest Kardashian is finally breaking his silence, taking to Twitter for the first time since Saturday's nuptials.

“GOD BLESS AMERICA,” the reality star began in what would become a series of tweets about Memorial Day. “Teach me to pray for them and to honor them for their service. Amen.”

“Lord Jesus, protect those who protect me – police, firefighters, and those in the military,” Rob continued. “Blessed is the nation whose God is the LORD. Psalm 33:12.”

According to Yahoo, the Memorial Day tweets weren’t the first thing Kardashian posted Monday morning. While all his previous Twitter activity has been deleted, he tweeted earlier in the day: “Good morning here in LA.”

Us Weekly reported on the day of Kimye’s wedding that Rob decided to fly out of Paris to Los Angeles just a few hours before Kim and Kanye said “I do.” Sources told People magazine he skipped his sister’s big day because of insecurities about his weight gain.

“Rob did come to Paris but skipped [the rehearsal dinner at] Versailles and the wedding,” the insider explained. “He just didn’t want to see a bunch of people both nights and really just is not feeling like himself.”

The source continued that no big fight erupted between Rob and Kim, and that his decision was solely based on his difficulties with his weight.

Meanwhile, another report suggests that Rob fled before the ceremony due to wedding photos; and that he and his famous sister are feuding. A different source told TMZ that Kim is upset that Rob didn’t make an effort to lose any weight over the past few months. Rob, on the other hand, is supposedly “sickened by Kim and Kanye’s display of wealth and clothes and beauty and called it ‘superficial bulls---.”
