The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is expected to be revealed next month, but it looks like the upcoming smartphone has already been fully revealed. A new press render for the device has been leaked online, showing the handset from almost every angle alongside the new S Pen.

The leaked render for the Galaxy Note 9 was shared on Twitter by famous leaker Evan Blass (@evleaks). The image appears to be a press render for the handset and it shows off the device’s front and back. Based on the leak, the Note 9 sports almost exactly the same design as last year’s Note 8 but with some changes. The rear-mounted fingerprint scanner is now located below the dual cameras.

Up front, it also looks like the bottom bezel has been slightly reduced. Meanwhile, the buttons for the power, volume and Bixby appear to be more raised compared to the buttons found on the Note 8, as pointed out by Android Authority.

Once again, the new press render is showing off the yellow-colored S Pen stylus. The image reveals the exact length of the stylus and confirms that it will have a dual-tone color scheme. The top portion of the new S Pen features the same blue color as the Note 9, complete with a glossy finish. This color combination should make the S Pen conform to the overall look of the phone when it’s hidden inside. The portion of the stylus that users will hold will have a yellow color with a matte finish.

The redesigned S Pen stylus is expected to feature a built-in battery and will have Bluetooth support. It’s being rumored that the new S Pen will support new functionalities, such as controlling music playback. What remains uncertain, however, is how exactly the S Pen will charge when it’s inserted into the Note 9. It’s possible that Samsung may be using a pogo-pin connector, but that’s just speculation at this point.

Samsung is expected to officially unveil the Galaxy Note 9 on Aug. 9 during an Unpacked event in New York City. Samsung’s new smartwatch, rumored to be called the Galaxy Watch, might make an appearance at the event as well. The Galaxy Watch is rumored to run Wear OS, but a new report from ZDNet claims that it will run Samsung’s proprietary Tizen operating system. ZDNet also claims that the Galaxy Watch and the Galaxy Note 9 will both go on sale on Aug. 24, with pre-orders beginning on Aug. 14.
