Sarah Ferguson Stuns In Black Dress, Blue Blazer; Duchess’ Fashion Trick Revealed

Sarah Ferguson looked gorgeous during one of her most recent sightings.

On Thursday, the Duchess of York shared a series of photos on Instagram. The snaps were taken on her trip to Huddersfield University.

Ferguson looked stunning in her chic, black dress with matching flat shoes. The duchess paired her get up with a sky blue jacket which gave her a “statement edge.”

“Congratulations to the students of textiles and product design @huddersfielduni. I had set them a stationery project based on nature @ada_huddersfield,” she wrote in the caption.

Ferguson has been rocking blazers lately. This has been her fashion trick as of late. In February, she attended an event with Princess Beatrice and the mother and daughter were photographed twinning.

Princess Beatrice and Ferguson opted for blue coats and styled their statement jackets in the same way – it added a pop of color to their little black dresses, tights and high heel shoes.

Aside from blazers, Prince Andrew’s ex has been seen wearing emerald green dresses lately. Last week, she paid a visit to the Onsite Gallery in Toronto wearing her favorite color.

Ferguson’s outfit was designed by Ceffin, Samantha Cameron’s fashion label. The dress is retailed at $415 and features an on-trend, fit-and-flare silhouette with slim-cuffed sleeves and a wide-wrap belt.

In March, Ferguson also donned an emerald green top and paired it with a navy jacket with a Balmain-esque gold button when she attended the annual Leadership Development Conference in Dallas. A number were very pleased with the duchess’ choices describing her outfit as “lovely” and “beautiful.”

In related news, Ariane Poole, founder of Ariane Poole Cosmetics and an international makeup artists to the stars, shared how Ferguson’s makeup has changed over the years. According to her, Ferguson’s makeup has improved.

“It definitely reflects the time in which the photographs were taken and we can see a shift in the amount and the boldness of her makeup from before and during her marriage to after her divorce. I personally think she looks better now than ever,” Poole said.
