“Star Wars: Battlefront 2” will be revealing some exciting new content soon. The game will be introducing Count Dooku, Anakin Skywalker and a new design of the Stormtroopers. These updates are expected to be out by early next year.

In a recent update about the game on the official Electronic Arts website, the studio shared a preview of things to expect for the game next year. The post by the development team looked back at what it has been like this past year for the game. The team acknowledged that there have been mistakes on their part that led to some frustration, but they have learned from those mistakes.

Through updates to fixing problems like the one with the game’s economy, the team has delivered a game that they are happy with, and they hope that the fans feel the same way. One of the challenges they faced was the need for steady content. They achieved this by breaking up their huge seasonal updates into smaller chunks in the form of updates. That is set to continue next year as well.

The development team has noted the excitement around the new “Clone Wars” content that includes Obi-Wan Kenobi, General Grievous, Geonosis and the largest player-controlled vehicle in the game, AT-TE.

In 2019, apart from introducing Count Dooku and Anakin Skywalker, there will be a new mode featuring “command posts and capital ship takedowns.” The team has promised more content in the future as well.

Another piece of good news the “Star Wars: Battlefront 2” gamers have this month is that the game is now included in the EA Access Vault version, Game Spot reported. This means that the subscribers of the EA/ Origin Access can play both the single player campaign and the multiplayer section of the game for free, as long as they remain subscribers. The paid DLC, however, is sold separately.

A report by Kotaku suggested that even though “Star Wars: Battlefront 2” was a disappointment at first, the recent “Clone Wars” content addition is enough to get the players excited to get back into the game. Both the new additions Obi-Wan Kenobi and General Grievous add something new to the game, with each character coming with its own separate style of fighting and abilities.

With a new season of “Clone Wars” on the way, there should be an increased excitement to play “Star Wars: Battlefront 2” in 2019. It remains to be seen what other new content is being developed for the future.
