Starbucks Corp. (NASDAQ:SBUX) is due to report fourth quarter earnings after markets close on Thursday. Analysts, polled by Thomson Reuters, expect the company, on average, to report a fourth quarter net income of $0.36 per share compared to $0.37 in the same period last year.

American International Group Inc. (NYSE:AIG) is due to report third quarter earnings after the closing bell. Analysts expect the company to report third quarter net loss of $0.27 per share compared to $1.47 per share in the same period a year ago.

First Solar Inc. (NASDAQ:FSLR) is forecasted to report third quarter net income of $2.64 per share, up from $2.04 per share in the same quarter last year.

Qualcomm Inc. (NASDAQ:QCOM) shares climbed 9.49 percent to $57.13 in aftermarket trading session. Its fourth quarter net income rose to $1.056 billion or $0.62 per share from $865 million or $0.53 per share in the same period a year earlier.

Teradata Corp. (NYSE:TDC) is expected to report third quarter net income of $ 0.55 per share before the opening bell on Thursday.

Chesapeake Energy Corp. (NYSE:CHK) is expected to report third quarter net profit of $0.66 per share after the markets close on Thursday.

NetQin Mobile Inc. (NYSE:NQ) shares climbed 20.11 percent to $6.45 in post market trading session after raising fiscal 2011 revenue guidance. For fiscal 2011, the company currently expects earnings to be in a range of $40.2 to $40.5 million compared to its earlier estimation of $38.3 to $38.8 million.

NYSE Euronext (NYSE:NYX) is due to report third quarter earnings before the opening bell. Analysts expect the company to report third quarter earnings per share of $0.70, up from $0.46 in the same period a year-ago.

RealD Inc. (NYSE:RLD) shares slumped 15.63 percent to $9.50 in post market trading session. The company swung to second quarter net profit of $0.33 per share compared to net loss of $0.12 per share in the same quarter a year ago. But the company announced during a conference call that Samsung Electronics won’t introduce 3-D televisions featuring the company's technology next year as planned.

Microchip Technology Inc. (NASDAQ:MCHP) is projected to report second quarter earnings per share of $ 0.46, down from $ 0.63 in the same quarter a year ago.

MGM Resorts International (NYSE:MGM) is expected to report third quarter net loss of $ 0.14 per share on revenue of $2.35 billion.

Frontier Communications Corp. (NYSE:FTR) is projected to report third quarter earnings per share of $ 0.06 compared to $ 0.08 in the same quarter last year.

Duke Energy Corp. (NYSE:DUK) is forecasted to report third quarter earnings per share of $0.46 before the opening bell on Thursday.
