USA Network has released the synopsis for Season 6, episode 11 of “Suits.”

According to the episode summary, Harvey (Gabriel Macht), Louis (Rick Hoffman) and Donna (Sarah Rafferty) will plan the future of Pearson Specter Litt following Jessica’s (Gina Torres) departure from the law firm.

In an interview with Deadline in September, series creator Aaron Korsh revealed that Harvey and Louis “are going to have a little bit of a struggle as to what they’re going to do moving forward without Jessica.” He added that “there’s going to be a little conflict over who’s running the show and what they’re going to do and what direction they’re going to take.”

Despite the disagreement between the two remaining name partners of the firm, Korsh said that Harvey and Louis will eventually meet halfway with the help of Donna. “At the end of that episode, Donna, as you would expect, a little bit steps in and basically lays out a plan of what needs to be done for these two to get along, and hopefully, that plan will work,” said Korsh.

The synopsis also reveals that Mike (Patrick J. Adams) continues to adjust to life as an ex-convict. In Season 6, episode 10, Harvey offered Mike chance to return to the firm as a consultant as he knows that the latter will have a hard time looking for a new job following his stint in prison. And based on the promo photos for the last six episodes of the installment, it seems that the former faux lawyer is going to accept the job offer.

Rachel (Meghan Markle), meanwhile — as revealed in the synopsis — considers her options. In a recent interview with TVLine, Korsh said that Rachel is going to receive a job offer from her dad, Robert Zane (Wendell Pierce), in the winter premiere.

“Her father is going to say, ‘Listen, it was one thing when Jessica was there. She’s not there [anymore], and I’m not sure that firm is going to survive without her. Come work for me,’” Korsh said of how Robert will try to convince Rachel to work for his firm, Rand, Kaldor & Zane. “She’s got to decide: Is she going to stay at Pearson Specter, or is she going to go work for her dad?”

“Suits” Season 6, episode 11, titled “She’s Gone,” airs on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2017 at 10 p.m. EST on USA Network.
