“Teen Mom 2” star Leah Calvert (formerly Messer) denied abusing drugs on the MTV reality-TV series’ Season 5 reunion earlier this month, but according to a report from InTouch Weekly, the mom of three is allegedly a frequent drug user and has been taking illegally obtained substances for years.

“I used to give Leah the pills myself; she’s picked up 30 to 40 pills at a time from me,” an unidentified drug dealer told the tabloid. “She was withdrawing $1,000 a week to buy pills.”

According to the individual, Leah, 22, has been "getting high for years" and has taken the painkillers Vicodin, Lortab, Percocet and Oxycodone. The source says that Leah now uses a male middleman to pick up her drugs instead of making the trips herself due her starring role on MTV’s “Teen Mom 2.”

“She gives [the middleman] the money and he gets them for her. They’re in this together,” said the source.

A Messer "family insider" told the magazine that they have seen Leah taking a “handful of pills.” The reality-TV mom, who allegedly prefers opiates, claims her drug use is necessary due to back pain she suffers as a result of giving birth to her daughter Adalynn, now 20 months, with her second husband, Jeremy Calvert, said the source.

“[She] chew[ed] them like they were candy and swallowed them,” said the family insider. “It’s actually the pain from withdrawal that bothers her, not her back. She can’t go a day without opiates.”

During the Oct. 8 “Teen Mom 2” reunion, Leah’s ex-husband, Corey Simms, 25, addressed rumors of Leah’s drug use, stating that he had seen her acting strange at one of their daughters' cheerleading events. Corey confirmed his ex’s alleged addiction was one of the reasons he is attempting to secure primary custody of their two children, 4-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah.

“We’ve heard rumors about the medication stuff and I didn’t like that. It’s Leah’s life, but it’s my daughters' [too],” Corey said. “The whole reason why I asked for full custody, more time, was for the best interest of the girls and nothing more, nothing less,” he said.

Leah was first accused of abusing drugs after she was seen utilizing a prescription anxiety medication on Season 5 of the program in July. In one installment, Leah cried to Jeremy, 25, telling him that taking the medication, which she was given in order to help her deal with the pressure of raising Ali, a special needs child, made her feel like a “druggy.”

“I’m about to start crying over here,” Leah told Jeremy in the scene. “It helps me at first, and then I start feeling like a damn druggy!”

Leah has yet to address the recent allegations. The drug-use report comes just days after she was accused of cheating on Jeremy with her high school boyfriend Robbie Kidd. Following Jeremy’s tweet accusing Leah of being a "slut,” Leah’s sister Victoria denied the cheating allegations Saturday, telling West Virginia podcast “S---s and Giggles” that the incident was merely a misunderstanding.

“They’re trying to work it out just like any other married couple,” she said.
