Tyler Posey, known for starring in hit MTV series “Teen Wolf,” has become the latest celebrity to join the content-subscription website OnlyFans. The actor announced that he is now on the platform by sharing a teaser on his official Instagram account.

On Monday, the 28-year-old actor posted a 49-second clip on the image-sharing platform and confirmed that he has joined OnlyFans for his ardent fans. In the caption, he claimed that his fans urged him to make an account on the website and he did not want to disappoint them.

“You guys asked for it, and I supplied. I now have only fans. Follow the link in my bio and come get wet with me! Haha,” Posey wrote on Instagram.

The actor also released a statement to Page Six regarding his decision to join OnlyFans, revealing that fans have been asking him to sign up for a while now. Posey said that it was an amazing opportunity for him to stay connected with his supporters and “be real” with them.

“I noticed many of my fans commenting on my Instagram photos saying that I should join OnlyFans. I saw it as a really cool opportunity to get even closer with my fans and be more real with them,” Posey said in the statement.

The “Truth or Dare” actor added that OnlyFans gives him a platform to talk about things that he wouldn’t be able to on other platforms and wants to create “unique content” for his fans.

“I get to talk about things on OnlyFans that I maybe wouldn’t get to otherwise and connect with more people like me. I want to accomplish creating unique content and collaborating with my friends to bring a fun experience to my fans,” Posey told the publication.

Posey’s announcement comes almost a month after Bella Thorne joined OnlyFans and faced criticism from numerous sex workers who rely on the content-subscription website to earn their livelihood.

Several sex workers believe that the subscription platform was “built” by them, but they never got the credit for popularizing the site. Meanwhile, celebrities join OnlyFans just for earning profits, Rolling Stone reported.

Thorne issued an apology following the backlash, claiming she joined the platform to “remove the stigma” behind sex work, Los Angeles Times reported.

Apart from Posey and Thorne, notable personalities such as Dorinda Medley, Swae Lee, Cardi B and Blac Chyna, among others, have also launched OnlyFans pages.
