Ryan Reynolds surprised fans with his very unique announcement of a new "Deadpool" movie which includes Hugh Jackman who will reprise his role as Wolverine in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Social media users could not contain their joy for the upcoming action/comedy movie and wasted no time crafting witty memes to celebrate.

"This is going to be Hugh!" a Twitter user said alongside images of Deadpool and Ryan Reynolds with Wolverine's sharp claws.

Another posted an image of "Spongebob" characters Krabs and Squidward being blown away by an exploding bomb and wrote, "The theater when Deadpool says it's morbin time during deadpool 3."

The "Free Guy Actor" unveiled a short clip Tuesday on Twitter where he talked about doing some "soul-searching" before coming up with an idea for the much-awaited "Deadpool 3."

"Hey, everyone, we're extremely sad to have missed D23, but we've been working very hard on the next 'Deadpool' film for a good long while now," Reynolds said in the video which included dramatic scenes of the actor contemplating in the woods, working on a typewriter and working out. "I've had to really search my soul on this one. His first appearance in the MCU obviously needs to feel special. We need to stay true to the character, find new depth, motivation, meaning. Every Deadpool needs to stand out and stand apart. It's been an incredible challenge that has forced me to reach down deep inside. And I...I have nothing. Yeah, just completely empty up here. And terrifying. But we did have one idea."

Jackman suddenly walks casually into the scene prompting Reynolds to ask the X-Men actor, "Hey, Hugh, you want to play Wolverine one more time?"

"Yeah, sure, Ryan," Jackman replied.

The video ends with Whitney Houston's "I Will Always Love You" which was cleverly subtitled as "I will always love Hugh." A text also appeared on the screen which said, "Coming Hughn" followed by the "Deadpool" logo that was sliced up by Wolverine's sharp claws.

Another loyal Deadpool fan tweeted, "okay i have one more reason to keep living."

Meanwhile, IMAX's official Twitter page praised the actor for his unique announcement on the new movie and tweeted, "Now THIS is what we call maximum effort."

"Deadpool 3" will be released in theaters on Sept. 6, 2024.
