Following Kanye West’s eight-day stay at the UCLA Medical Center for an alleged mental breakdown, the hospital staff has reportedly come under fire after some tried to gain access to the “Famous” rapper’s medical info.

According to TMZ, “a slew of people” working for the Los Angeles hospital tried to look up the rapper’s information. Sources for the website say members of the medical center staff became curious when the rapper was admitted and a number of them tried gaining access to the computer system.

Officials at the center are said to be aware of the situation and have conducted an investigation. TMZ reports that several dozen staff members will be or have been fired. Neither Kanye or his team has been contacted about the situation and UCLA Medical Center has yet to comment.

After being released from the hospital on Nov. 30, Kanye made his first public appearance earlier this month when he was spotted in attendance at the Rick Owens’ Furniture exhibition in West Hollywood, California. “The Life of Pablo” rapper was spotted with new blonde hair.

The rapper than made news on Dec. 13 when he appeared at Trump Tower in New York City for a meeting with President-elect Donald Trump. While the two were coy at first about their sit down, Kanye eventually revealed his reasons for meeting with Trump.

“I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues,” the rapper tweeted. “These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago,” he continued.

Kanye went on to say that he felt it was important to “have a direct line of communication with our future president” and then went on to hint at his own presidential campaign, tweeting, “#2024.”
