  • "WandaVision" kicks off Phase Four of the MCU
  • Episode 3 features Wanda and Vision's life as parents in Westview town
  • The new episode will be released online on Disney Plus

Marvel's first web-television series "WandaVision" arrived on Disney Plus last week, with two episodes streaming now. Starring Elizabeth Olsen (Wanda/Scarlet Witch) and Paul Bettany (Vision) in the titular roles, the show presents a unique take on the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

After releasing the first two episodes of the series, the show is set to release its highly anticipated Episode 3 on Friday. While the streaming platform is yet to release its official title and trailer, it is believed that the show will continue to follow its unique style of storytelling through which they pay tribute to the legendary sitcoms of the 20th century.

Episodes 1 & 2 are set in the black and white world whereby Wanda Maximoff and her husband move into the Westview town and try to fit in with normal people. The first episode is reminiscent of sitcoms from the 1950s while the second episode is a tribute to sitcoms from the 1960s.

When the show returns for Episode 3 this week, fans can expect to see Wanda and Vision continue to live their lives in what is now a colorful world. The next chapter of the nine-part series will now be a colored view of Wanda's fake reality as it takes a 70s tone, according to Fansided. Spoilers suggest that the new episode will show the unusual couple as parents to their kids after the show hints at Wanda's pregnancy in the final moments of Episode 2.

Meanwhile, fans learn at the end of the episodes that Wanda has been hiding in a fake reality. Occasionally, her pleasant domestic life is interrupted by what appears to be trouble from the real world. A voice on the radio reveals that she is being monitored and a beekeeper emerges from the sewer outside Wanda and Vision's house. Beekeeper's bee has created quite a ruckus for the couple attempting to disrupt their attempt at settling in their new suburban lives after the catastrophic events of "Avengers: Endgame."

In addition, fans are suggested to continue paying attention to the commercials between the episodes.

"'WandaVision' (premiering this Friday) is a rare show where you might want to pay close attention to the commercials that airing during it, as part of the retro sitcom premise," TV Line suggests after speaking to Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige.

"WandaVision" Episode 3 releases on Friday, Jan. 22 on Disney Plus. Fans can watch it online via streaming starting at midnight.
