Halloween weekend has arrived and it is time to dress up in your costume and party the night away. In Washington, D.C. there are plenty of places to have a good time but if you are on a budget or not interested in spending more than $20 it could be difficult to find a place in that price range. Below is a list of five Halloween costume parties that will be easy on your wallet.

1. Cloak & Dagger

The free entry tickets may be all gone but the early bird and regular admission tickets are still available for the Halloween Day Party #LitHalloween bash on Sunday afternoon. Running from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. this party will cost you between $4 to $8. Enjoy the drink specials and some hookah at the Cloak & Dagger located at 1359 U Street Northwest.

2. Shadow Room

Back at it again, the Shadow Room will be hosting their Annual Halloween Costume party on Sunday night. Ladies are free before 12 a.m. and anyone can get in for free before 11:30 p.m. However, if you miss out on the free tickets, early bird tickets will run you $15. Located at 2131 K Street Northwest, grab your tickets while you can.

3. The Pitch Tavern

If you are hoping to have a blast while dancing to some Caribbean music then make your way down to The Pitch Tavern on Friday night. Starting at 9:00 p.m. you can dance the night away and possibly walk away with some extra cash if you win the costume contest at the Wicked & Whine Halloween Party. Located at 4015 Georgia Avenue Northwest, this party will cost you $20.

4. Bonfire

Get ready to dress up in your spookiest costume for this Friday night Halloween costume party. Located at 1716 I Street Northwest you must be 21 years old or older to party, doors open up at 10:00 p.m. Tickets will run you $10 but will cost more if you buy them at the door.

5. Malmaison and Flavio

Get two parties for the price of one at the JBC 3rd Annual Halloween Party. For $20 not only will you get access to Malmaison located at 3401 Water St NW but you can also head over to Flavio at 1073 31st St NW which is within walking distance. Doors open at 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, best costume wins a prize.

6. Layla Lounge

Head over to the Layla Lounge for their Sexy Halloween Bash. Located at 501 Morse St NE, enjoy the open bar until 11:00 p.m. Doors open at 10:00 p.m. and you must be 21 years old or older to party. Ladies are free all night and everyone can get in free until midnight. Entry prices will vary after midnight.
