Marcus Rosner and Morgan Kohan have been cast in Reel One Entertainment’s new Movie Of The Week romance flick, “Love at First Flight.”

While the two actors have never crossed paths onscreen before now, they did both have roles on Hallmark Channel’s popular period drama, “When Calls the Heart.”

Rosner played Charles Kensington in Season 2 of the series, while Kohan introduced her character, Lillian Walsh, in the show’s 2018 Christmas movie, before reprising the role as one of the leads in the spinoff series, “When Hope Calls,” which wraps up its first season on Hallmark Movies Now on Friday.

Directed and co-written by Lucie Guest (“Made for You, with Love,” “Eat, Play, Love”), the upcoming movie from Reel One Entertainment, which is currently filming in Vancouver and has not yet landed at a network, finds Rosner playing Marcus Cooper and Kohan playing Lily Summers, International Business Times has learned.

“When Seattle interior designer Lily Summers returns to her hometown to help her Aunt Maggie [Brenda Matthews, ‘The Last Bridesmaid’] run her marina-side bed and breakfast, she meets Marcus, the handsome seaplane pilot whose life’s work delivering rescue dogs helps Lily discover that home really is where the heart is.”

Although this is the first movie for Rosner and Kohan together, as well as Kohan’s first-ever romance movie, it’s a reunion for the “Arrow” alum and some of the other talent involved in the project.

Hallmark actor Cardi Wong plays Jasper in the new movie, and of the 10 Hallmark movies he’s done so far, two of them — 2016’s “Appetite for Love” and 2017’s “The Birthday Wish” — also featured Rosner.

Plus, Rosner and Guest worked together on Lifetime’s “Infidelity in Suburbia” in 2017, as well as on a music video for Canadian singer Caitlin Purvis.

Written by Andrea Shawcross and Guest, “Love at First Flight” also includes Emma Cam (Christie), Elizabeth McLaughlin (Ms. Bartlett), Shawn Ahmed (Dan), Joe Costa (John), Lexie Huber (Mrs. Hartwell), Mark Brandon (Mr. Hartwell) and Lucia Walters (Beatrice) in its cast.

Stay tuned for news about a premiere date and channel for “Love at First Flight.”
