Over the weekend, Ben Affleck was spotted with a new woman at a Halloween party in West Hollywood. Naturally, fans began wondering who the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor's mystery date was. Now, it has been revealed that her name is Katie Cherry and she is a musician. What else do we know about her?

According to Us, a source revealed that the new couple met on Raya a few months ago, which is a private, membership-based social network that doubles as both a dating and networking service. After their initial introduction, the pair reportedly met up on several occasions aside from the aforementioned party.

As stated on Cherry's Stage 32 profile, she not only studied music at Berklee College of Music but also currently works as a film composer in Los Angeles. In the 2015 Wilmer Valderrama film "To Whom It May Concern," Cherry also sang on the track "Black and White."

Us also reveals that her Facebook profile stated that she was signed to Timbaland Productions. In 2012, she posted a photo with the "Apologize" musician. Cherry, 33, also has other previous celebrity ties, as "American Pie" actress Tara Reid tweeted that she was her "best friend" in 2017.

Additionally, Radar Online also reports that Cherry, whose real name is Kathryn Redino, claimed in 2010 that Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino's brother attacked her following a night out. At that time, Cherry said that Marc Sorrentino held her against her will inside a limo. The musician allegedly asked to be dropped off at her New York apartment but was told she was instead going to go to New Jersey. She claimed Sorrentino also broke a bottle and held it to her neck.

Following the incident, she spoke with the Howell Township Police Department, but Patrolman Robert Hill refused to file charges due to the fact that he did not see any evidence of the assault. She would eventually file a complaint against Sorrentino, but he never faced charges pertaining to the matter.

Previously, Affleck, 47, was married to "Alias" actress Jennifer Garner. The two wed in 2005 but announced last June that they have plans to divorce. Garner and Affleck share three children, Violet, 10, Seraphina, 7, and Samuel, 4.

Additionally, he was also engaged to "Hustlers" star Jennifer Lopez before the couple called it off in 2004.
