Jordana Brewster is moving on. About a week after the "Fast & Furious" star's divorce was reported, she was spotted getting cozy with a new man.

In new photos, the 40-year-old actress is seen kissing and holding hands with a man, believed to be Mason Morfit, while on a "romantic" beach stroll in Malibu, California, according to the Daily Mail, who obtained pictures. The publication reports that the two looked very comfortable with each other as they packed on the PDA, which was caught by cameras.

So who is Mason Morfit, the new man who appears to have stolen Jordana's heart?

Morfit is currently the CEO and CIO of the San Francisco-based investment company, ValueAct Capital. He was previously on the Board of Directors for Mircosoft for about three years before leaving in November 2017.

The bio posted to his current employer's website (which lists him as G. Mason Morfit) reveals he received a B.A. from Princeton University.

Jordana was married to film producer Andrew Form for 13 years before filing for divorce on July 1. The couple met while filming "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning" and dated for two months before getting married in May 2007. TMZ reports that the reason for their uncoupling is unclear but it is "amicable." The outlet goes on to mention that they actually split earlier this year.

They have two sons together -- 6-year-old Julian and 4-year-old Rowan.

News of the mother of two's romantic life comes after the ninth installment of the "Fast & Furious" franchise,"Fast 9," was delayed about a year in response to the global pandemic that is the coronavirus.

"We feel all the love and the anticipation you have for the next chapter in our saga," said Vin Diesel, according to Variety. "That’s why it’s especially tough to let you know that we have to move the release date of the film. It’s become clear that it won’t be possible for all of our fans around the world to see the film this May. While we know there is disappointment in having to wait a little while longer, this move is made with the safety of everyone as our foremost consideration."

"Fast 9" is scheduled to hit theaters on April 2, 2021.
