  • J-Hope’s solo mixtape “Hope World” boosted his net worth
  • Suga, who has written and produced songs for both his band and other artists, is the second richest BTS member
  • RM, the boyband's leader, has the third-highest net worth among BTS members

BTS members Jin, Suga, J-Hope, RM, Jimin, V and Jungkook, who have taken the world by storm since their debut in 2013, do not only enjoy massive popularity but also a massive fortune.

When it comes to individual earnings, J-Hope, considered by fans as the best dancer in BTS, is the leader among the seven. In 2021, the 27-year-old rapper’s net worth was estimated to be around $26 million, according to a South China Morning Post report.

It was the success of J-Hope’s solo mixtape “Hope World,” which dropped in March 2018, that boosted his net worth, the outlet noted.

The single “Daydream” from the project got him his first no. 1 on the Billboard World Digital Song Sales Chart. He was also the first BTS member to have a solo Hot 100 hit with the song “Chicken Noodle Soup.”

In 2020, his net worth was estimated to be around $12 million. With his impressive earnings, J-Hope was able to purchase a luxury apartment in Seoul, South Korea, that was valued at around $2.2 million.

Trailing behind J-Hope is Suga, who has an estimated net worth of $25 million.

Just like J-Hope, Suga’s solo mixtapes, titled “Agust D” and “D-2,” largely contributed to his net worth, making him the second richest BTS member in 2021.

The 28-year-old musician has written over 70 songs since he was 13, according to reports.

Over the years, Suga has written and produced songs not only for BTS but also for other artists, both local and international. Among the songs that he produced are IU’s “Eight,” Lee So-ra’s “Song Request” and Halsey’s “Suga’s Interlude.”

RM, BTS' leader, is the third richest among the seven. The 27-year-old artist has an estimated net worth of $22 million.

The rapper, songwriter and producer has more than 170 song credits with the Korea Music Copyright Association. He has two solo mixtapes, titled "RM" and "Mono." He also released a single with rapper Warren G titled "P.D.D (Please Don't Die)."

Jungkook, the youngest member of BTS, has a net worth of $20 million.

The 24-year-old singer was reportedly the most searched K-pop star on YouTube in the first half of 2021.

While he might be the youngest member of BTS, he has achieved a lot to date. It was reported that Jungkook bought his apartment in Seoul by paying $1.7 million in cash.

The net worths of Jimin, 26, V, also 26, and Jin, 29, are also estimated to be around $20 million, according to reports.
