On Wednesday night, the Season 2 finale of "The Masked Singer" finally revealed the identities of the fox, rottweiler, and flamingo.

The last episode of the Fox singing competition opened with a reminder of the events and eliminations that led up to the final unmasking. From Destiny's Child member Michelle Williams to "Kiss from a Rose" singer Seal, Season 2 had included a variety of 16 unexpected personalities.

The fox was the first one of the final three to perform. Before the song, he shared that even though he had been in the entertainment business for quite some time, he was always "slept on as a vocalist." However, this was not the case during the second season of "The Masked Singer" as he received praise from all of the judges, including Robin Thicke, who called his week nine performance of Chris Stapleton's "Tennessee Whiskey" "a feat in itself."

For his final song, he sang "Try A Little Tenderness" by Otis Redding, but in a surprising move, he mixed it together with Kanye West and Jay-Z's "Otis" and added an additional rap verse and extra choreography in the middle. Afterward, judge Ken Jeong called him the most complete performer on the show.

Next to take the stage was the flamingo. Prior to singing Tina Turner's "Proud Mary," she shared that she had been extremely nervous before starting the show, but it ended up helping her break out of the box that she normally puts herself in. Pussycat Dolls member Nicole Scherzinger told her after her last song that she had continued to blow them away all season.

Finally, the rottweiler sang Sia's "I'm Alive." Leading up to his song, he discussed how he had gained fame at a relatively young age, but that he had been unable to shape his own public image over the years. After the song ended, Robin said he had been the strongest vocalist of the season. Ultimately, they guessed that "I'm Yours" singer Jason Mraz or "Now You See Me" actor Dave Franco would be revealed.

Third place went to Cheetah Girls member and co-host of "The Real" Adrienne Bailon Houghton, who said the show had been life-changing for her as it taught her how to love performing again.

Rottweiler came in second and was revealed to be "American Idol" alum Chris Daughtry. He was the only one of the top three not to be guessed by the judges throughout the season.

This meant that the fox won Season 2. As for his identity, he turned out to be "Let's Make A Deal" host Wayne Brady. As for why the TV personality had decided to do the show, he said he had seen "Buy U A Drank" singer T-Pain win last season and was inspired to try it for himself.

The end of the episode also featured a short clip of what characters are coming in Season 3, including a banana costume, a mouse, and a female monster, which can be seen below.

Season 3 of "The Masked Singer" will premiere on Feb. 2 after the Super Bowl on Fox.
