Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner continue to go to church together with their three children even though they have been separated for years.

Last Sunday, the former couple kept up with their family’s tradition of visiting a church in Pacific Palisades in California. Garner arrived at the venue with her three children and Affleck rode in a different vehicle.

The “Alias” star appears to have woken late because she was rushing to go inside the church and her hair was still drenched. Garner wore a striped long-sleeve blouse, black skirt, and black shoes.

Affleck, on the other hand, wore a navy-blue polo shirt and pants to the church service. He arrived at the venue looking calm as ever. The couple’s three children also looked like they had the time of their lives.

After the church service, Affleck was photographed hugging her eldest daughter, Violet, 13. Seraphina also made headlines for rocking unmatched socks. Samuel walked a few steps ahead of his family in his black shirt and navy blue shorts.

Affleck and Garner finalized their divorce in 2018 after announcing their separation in 2016. But even after their split, they still stayed as a family unit. Affleck continued to join his children and ex-wife in church, and they also attend birthday parties together.

The setup seems to be working well for the former couple. And by the looks of it, they don’t have any plans to change things up. During a previous interview with E! News in March 2016, Affleck said that his and Garner’s goal is to always put their three children first.

“Jen is a superhero mom. She is an amazing mother and I’m really lucky to have her as a partner to co-parent these kids with… We try out best, we put them first and that’s what we do,” he said.

During her interview with Vanity Fair in the same year, Garner also said that her and Affleck’s main thing is their children, and they’re completely in line with what they hope for them.
