Gwen Stefani has sold the house she shared with ex-husband, Gavin Rossdale, and it appears she is planting new roots with her boyfriend, Blake Shelton.

Stefani and Shelton began dating in 2015, following her divorce from Rossdale, and the “God’s Country” singer’s split from Miranda Lambert. The couple recently took a major step and decided to move in together. However, it doesn’t mean they will be announcing a wedding date anytime soon.

A source told Entertainment Tonight Stefani and Shelton have purchased a home together in the Los Angeles area. The new house comes after reports the “Hollaback Girl” singer sold the seven-bedroom, seven-and-a-half bathroom estate she shared with Rossdale.

Although an insider revealed Shelton and Stefani’s relationship is “better than ever,” they claimed the couple isn’t thinking about marriage.

“Blake and Gwen are head over heels in love, but don’t want to feel rushed to tie the knot when everything is going so well in both of their lives,” the insider explained.

“Everyone is asking what they are waiting for, but they really just don’t want to rock the boat. They are both working so much and are loving their life as a family,” the confidant added.

News of Stefani and Shelton’s solid romance comes amid reports the “Dive Bar” artist has built a special bond with his girlfriend’s kids, Kingston, 13, Zuma, 10, and Apollo, 6. “Blake has made Gwen’s boys a huge priority in his life and cares for them like their his own,” a source told ET.

Even though Stefani shares joint custody of her sons with Rossdale, the “Cool” singer makes the most out of the time she has with her boys.

“Gwen and Blake do so many fun activities with the boys, and Blake plays with them like a big kid. He seriously enjoys doing things with the kids like going to the movies, fishing, camping, and teaching them to horseback ride and boating,” the insider revealed.

Although sources previously claimed Stefani and Shelton “are on the path to getting married,” it seems the couple plans to take their time before they consider making wedding plans.
