Pamela Anderson is ending her marriage to her fourth husband, Dan Hayhurst, due to his "unkind and unsupportive" behavior, a report says.

A representative for the "Baywatch" alum confirmed to People this week that Anderson, 54, has split from her bodyguard husband after one year of marriage. The actress filed for divorce in her native Canada, where she and Hayhurst have been living since they wed on Christmas Eve 2020, her rep told Page Six.

A source close to Anderson and Hayhurst told Page Six that things were initially blissful amid the pandemic, but issues started cropping up the longer they spent time together in quarantine.

"Dan turned out to be a d–k to Pamela — he was unkind and unsupportive. After you spent two years living every second with someone, you get to know them better — and for worse," the anonymous tipster said. "They got to know each other better, and in doing so, Pamela realized Dan is, in fact not the one."

The insider continued, "Things are not amicable at all between them at the moment, because she decided they had nothing in common, he didn’t treat her in the way she felt she wanted to be treated."

The source added that the former couple had been fighting, even though Hayhurst said he wanted to make their marriage work.

"She had initially said it was nice to be with a regular guy who could change a light bulb, but in the end, while the light bulb was nice, he couldn’t fulfill her other needs," the insider said.

Rolling Stone was the first to report about the split Thursday.

"Pamela loves as authentically as she lives," an unnamed source told the outlet, adding that what Anderson and Hayhurst shared was a "pandemic whirlwind" romance that eventually petered out.

Anderson's relationship with Hayhurst first made headlines in September 2020, seven months after she split from her ex Jon Peters.

Hayhurst used to work for Anderson as her handyman and, eventually, bodyguard. They got closer during the pandemic when they "stuck together."

They tied the knot on Dec. 24, 2020, at her home in Vancouver Island, Canada.

However, Hayhurst's ex, Carey, claimed that their marriage left her and their family "totally blindsided."

According to Carey, she moved in with Hayhurst in Vancouver to help him raise his two children. She claimed that when she and Hayhurst were still communicating, he would call Anderson "crazy." She shared a purported text from him, which read, "The dragon has been released! Talking about Pam."

"This is not the lockdown love story which is being portrayed, it’s all a facade," Carey told The Sun. "I decided to speak out because I want people to know that my almost five-year relationship, with three children involved, ended because of the affair Pam and Dan started while he was still with me."

This was Anderson's fourth marriage. She married Mötley Crüe drummer Tommy Lee in 1995, but the two divorced in 1998. They have two sons together: Brandon Thomas and Dylan Jagger.

The actress later married and divorced Kid Rock in 2006. Then she married and divorced producer Rick Solomon twice — in 2007 and 2013. Both marriages to Solomon dissolved in less than a year.
