Fans of FX’s “Baskets” will be saying goodbye to the show for longer than just a year once the Season 4 finale airs tonight.

After four seasons, the Zach Galifianakis-led comedy is coming to an end.

The network made the decision not to renew the series at the end of last month, announcing in a press release that the Season 4 finale would double as the show’s series finale.

"Over four seasons, ‘Baskets’ has taken its place among the great FX comedies as an endearing and hilarious look at the dreams and ambition of ‘Chip Baskets’ and his extended, loving family,” Eric Schrier, President of FX Entertainment, said in the release.

He continued: “This show has been a joy for everyone at FX and we are grateful to Jonathan Krisel, Zach Galifianakis, Louie Anderson, Martha Kelly and the rest of the cast and crew for giving us the gem that is Baskets.”

Although the series is canceled, it’s not over quite yet.

The Season 4 finale (episode 10) airs tonight at 10 p.m. EDT and will see Martha (Martha Kelly) removing her cast, the synopsis simply reveals. The series finale episode, which was written and directed by the show’s co-creator Jonathan Krisel, is fittingly titled “Moving On.”
