Gal Gadot recently shared a picture of herself getting ready for the “I Am The Night” premiere. The new TV mini-series is directed by Patty Jenkins, who also helmed “Wonder Woman.” Chris Pine, who played the role of Steve Trevor in the film, was also there at the premiere to support the director.

Gadot shared a snap on Instagram showing her getting ready for the “I Am the Night” premiere. She wrote that she was going to the event to support her “soul sister” Jenkins and her “brother from another mother” Pine.

Pine plays the lead role Jay Singletary in “I Am the Night.” The plot is inspired by true events. The story revolves around teen girl Fauna Hodel (India Eisley), who is given away at birth. One day, Fauna starts investigating her past, and she is joined by a ruined reporter who is haunted by the case that led to his downfall. Together, they discover some dark secrets that lead them to Los Angeles gynecologist Dr. George Hodel (Jefferson Mays), who is involved in some of Hollywood’s darkest debauchery.

Gadot also posted a picture of herself with Pine and Jenkins on Instagram from the premiere event. The actress joked that she has spent every day of the last eight months with Jenkins and Pine, but they still don’t know which camera to look together.

Pine and Gadot have finished filming the “Wonder Woman” sequel. Jenkins is currently busy with the post-production work of the film, but she is already having discussions about the threequel.

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Jenkins said that she isn’t sure she would want to do another period piece with Gadot for the third installment. The first “Wonder Woman” was set during World War I, and the sequel is set in the 1980s, but the director wants the next film to be set in the contemporary world.

Jenkins hasn’t decided on the exact timeline yet for “Wonder Woman 3.” As far as the other films in the DC Cinematic Universe are concerned, the director hopes that they don’t make any “Justice League” movies anytime soon. She would much rather see “Aquaman 2” and “Flash.”
