An Xbox U.K. executive recently shared new information about the release date and price of the Xbox Series X. With roughly 60 days until the confirmed release window of Microsoft’s next-generation gaming console, the company is still mum about new details. Interestingly, unlike the PS5, Xbox Series X’s pre-order has not gone live yet.

On Twitter, Xbox’s U.K. Marketing Lead Samuel Bateman shared new information about the Xbox Series X's price plans and release timing. The executive called for fans’ patience over the much-awaited announcement. He added that Xbox will share the much-awaited information when it is ready.

There are a lot of leaks and rumors surrounding the release of Xbox Series X. Microsoft confirming the November console’s release window narrows the guessing game to specific date. A recent report from VGC revealed that Microsoft informed developers to plan towards a launch in the first week of November.

In other Xbox news, a new set of images seemingly outed that Microsoft is indeed planning to release another next-gen gaming console. Based on the images shared on Twitter by BraviaryBrendan, the Xbox Game Pass bundled with his new Xbox Controller states that the device would also work with Xbox Series X and S.

Microsoft earlier announced that it would participate in the upcoming Tokyo Game Show Online 2020. In an official blog post, the company shared that it would showcase gameplays on September 24. However, it clarified that no new Xbox Series X news would be announced during the event.

A new leak shared by Microsoft insider Klobrielle revealed that Xbox is planning to hold an event ahead of the Tokyo Game Show. According to the tipster, there would be “relevant” Xbox news at the said event. Unfortunately, he failed to reveal more details about the Xbox event.

Perhaps the much-awaited announcement of the Xbox Series X's release date and price could happen at the said event. Fans could also expect the official unveiling of the much affordable next-gen console Xbox Series S at the event too.
