They had a fairytale dream wedding just a few months ago, but the other people who have been interfering in their marriage may finally be too much for Kyle and Lola to handle on the Wednesday, Feb. 5 episode of “The Young and the Restless.”

Despite their dream wedding last summer which saw Kyle (Michael Mealor) trying to do everything he could to make the day perfect for Lola (Sasha Caille), the couple’s marriage has been dealing with problems and issues for a while on the CBS soap. Their big problems have stemmed from Lola being close and kind to Theo (Tyler Johnson), who Kyle has not wanted to be a part of his life ever since he got to Genoa City. To make things even more challenging, Kyle has continued to work closely with his ex, Summer (Hunter King), who never stopped loving him. Now, following Kyle’s confession that Summer kissed him when they went to San Francisco on business, he and Lola will be forced to confront the problems that have been plaguing their romance.

“Lola and Kyle discuss their marriage,” spoilers reveal.

Unfortunately for the couple, the recent kiss is not the only thing that is an issue, as Kyle also admitted without thinking that Summer was still in his head—something that was a devastating blow to Lola. Now, as he admits to possibly not being over his ex like he thought, and Lola potentially admits that she feels closer to Theo even though she never crossed a line, there may be only one answer for the pair when it comes to what is best for their future—divorce.

Of course, if that is the way things turn out, they may both quickly find comfort from Summer and Theo as they cope with their love story’s untimely end.

“The Young and the Restless” airs weekdays at 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS.
