Giuliana Rancic is having a great start to the New Year.

Her reality show, Giuliana & Bill, has been renewed for a fifth season, the Style Network announced on Friday.

The new season will also include Rancic's recent battle with breast cancer.

Since day one of our marriage, Bill and I have welcomed Style into our lives . . . in 2011, we faced our scariest obstacle yet when I was diagnosed with breast cancer, but as we start 2012, I am focused on living in the present, Rancic said in a statement.

News of her TV show renewal comes just days after Rancic and her husband Bill rang in the New Year as co-hosts of the Nivea Kiss Stage in Times Square.

Happy New Year!!!! May God bless you with love, joy and of course...good health in 2012!!! Rancic wrote on Twitter, attaching a photo of a smooch with her husband.

In October, Rancic appeared on The Today Show to announce her diagnosis.

Through my attempt to get pregnant for the third time through IVF (In Vitro Fertilization), we sadly found out that I have early stages of breast cancer. And it's been a shock, she told Ann Curry.

Later that week, Rancic underwent a double lumpectomy, which was followed by six weeks of radiation. The decision to have a double mastectomy came near the end of the radiation phase.

For me, it was important to get the cancer out . . . that's what I wanted to do, just to get it out, Rancic said at the time.

On Dec. 14., Rancic's husband Bill told E! News that his wife had gone through a successful double mastectomy and that she was recovering at home.

Her surgery lasted for about four hours and the doctors were very pleased with the result . . . she had a little bit of pain through the night but is feeling much better this morning and was cracking jokes, Rancic said.

Two weeks later, Rancic was back on the E! News set, joining her co-host Ryan Seacrest.

It feels great to be back at work . . . I wasn't sure if I was going to return to E! News this week or after the new year. The last thing I wanted to do was rush my recover, Rancic told the entertainment news network.

Thankfully, I've been feeling better every single day since surgery and this weekend my doctors gave me the green light to get back to work . . . even though I moved a tad slower than usual today, everyone welcomed me back with open arms and it was a wonderful homecoming, she added.

Since returning to E! News, Rancic has also kept busy with her Twitter activity, sharing health tips and giving the occasional shout out to her famous friends and fans.

The new season of Giuliana & Bill will air on Style later this year. Here's a clip from season four.
