Actress Jennie Garth of 90210 fame and actor Peter Facinelli from the Twilight saga and TV's Nurse Jackie will divorce after 11 years of marriage. The reason behind the divorce is not yet known, although one source believes that Facinelli had cheated on Garth on the set of Twilight: Breaking Dawn in Vancouver.

While we have decided to end our marriage, we both share the same deep love and devotion to our children, the couple said in a statement released to People. We remain dedicated to raising our beautiful daughters together. We ask for privacy and respect during this time.

The divorce announcement comes one day after Facinelli walked the red carpet for the highly-anticipated movie The Hunger Games with his 14-year-old daughter Luca.

Garth, 39, and Facinelli, 38, originally met on the set of a made-for-TV movie, called (somewhat ironically), An Unfinished Affair. The couple married in 2001, and now have three children together, including Luca, Lola (9) and Fiona (5).

As noted by Perez Hilton, many speculate that Garth and Facinelli were experiencing marital problems over a year ago, hitting a fever pitch around last July. Hilton reported that the couple was living separately, but Garth and Facinelli dodged the reports by publishing photos of a family vacation over Twitter.

Speaking of Twitter, Garth is no longer following Facinelli on the microblogging social network. As we learn more details about the divorce, we'll give them to you.
