The guest star list keeps getting longer and longer as the “Empire” Season 2 premiere draws closer. Although fans are still months away from digging into the two-part 18 episode arc, plenty has been announced about the famous faces and award-winning talent looking to grace the small screen.

Even smaller additions to the cast are making a big splash. E! Online reported a new spoiler that suggested one of the more famous cast members was going to get a “drag KING” impersonator of their character on the show. Who wants to start placing bets that the drag king will be modelled after Lyon queen Cookie (Taraji P. Henson)? Meanwhile in June, the “Empire” team announced it was on the look-out for fresh talent to play one of the new characters on the show, lesbian rapper Betty Gathers.

Having trouble keeping track? Here’s a list of “Empire” Season 2 guest stars and cast additions so far:

1. Kelly Rowland
The latest addition of former Destiny’s Child singer gives fans a spoiler as to the kinds of flashbacks Lucious (Terrence Howard) will endure in Season 2. Rowland will play his mom when the series returns.

2. Marisa Tomei
Tomei will play a reoccurring role as Mimi Whiteman, a lesbian billionaire who will find herself entangled in Empire business drama.

3. Chris Rock
Already spotted shooting the Season 2 premiere with showrunner Lee Daniels and Terrence Howard, Rock was busy at work dodging punches from an angry Lucious Lyon in jail.

4. Alicia Keys
The singer/songwriter is a perfect fit for the “Empire” family. Not much is known about Keys’ guest appearance yet, but there’s a good chance her vocal chops will come in handy.

5. Lenny Kravitz
Does the hip hop house of “Empire” need a rock god of its own for Season 2? Following Courtney Love’s cameo appearance last season, Kravitz’ stint will probably change up the groove for the show’s music and characters. E! Online confirmed the rocker’s addition to the “Empire” cast in May.

6. Common
Although currently busy on the set of “Suicide Squad,” let’s hope Lee Daniels’ confirmation to Access Hollywood holds true and that the Oscar-winning rapper will make an appearance on “Empire” Season 2.

7. Oprah Winfrey
Showrunner Daniels confirmed to Access Hollywood that his former collaborator on “The Butler” had agreed on a guest star appearance for Season 2.

8. Adam Rodriguez
The “Magic Mike XXL” star will have a reoccurring role as Cookie’s new paramedic love interest. Someone’s got to keep her company while Lucious remains in lock-up.

9. Gabourey Sidibe
Sidibe’s character Becky is one of the nicer presences on “Empire,” and thankfully her upgrade to cast regular will help balance out the Lyon family toxicity. Well, at least some of it.

10. Ta’Rhonda Jones
Jones played Cookie’s long-suffering assistant Porsha throughout Season 1. Her upgrade to cast regular will likely expand her storyline to more than just a few exasperated sighs and one-liners.

“Empire” Season 2 begins Sept. 23 at 9 p.m. EDT on Fox.
