Though the leaked ads are unofficial, many stores have considered a more blatant approach for their Black Friday promotion tactics this year. With the current unstable economic climate, stores are planning ahead for Black Friday sales and hoping that an early start will allow them to capitalize on increased consumer spending.

For instance, both Macy's and Target will open their doors at 12:00 a.m. on Friday, instead of the typical 4:00 a.m. to leave more time for shoppers to spend, spend, spend.

Alluring discounts attract hoards of consumers to stores each year and help boost annual revenues.

On Black Friday 2010, retail spending hit $10.69 billion in one day.
