True to Shytoshi Kusama's word that Shiba Inu will onboard a colossal name for "Shib: The Metaverse," Shib Army has welcomed the world's leading visualization studio, The Third Floor.

In a blog post titled "Shib Army We March On…," Shiba Inu lead developer Kusama mentioned about "the AAA studio is coming but it took longer than we expected" and how the team "we went back to the drawing board and began discussions with a few more studios to see what’s the best method, technology, and team to build a truly incredible MV" because of the connections and expertise of Marcie Jastrow and Sherri Cuono.

The partnership (a Shiba Inu speak for partnership) with The Third Floor brings a lot of possibilities for the community. With 17 years under its belt and considered "the largest visualization studio contributing to the production of popular IPs across film, television, video games, VR/AR and location-based entertainment," it appears the community is in for a huge treat not only in the development of "Shib: The Metaverse'' but in its entire ecosystem.

The Third Floor's clients' list includes Disney, Netflix, Amazon Studios, Marvel Studios, Sony Pictures, Blizzard and Universal Studios, to name a few.

In the latest blog post, the team revealed The Third Floor will "use its skills in visual development and storytelling to help define and develop virtual environments, buildings and landmarks for a true Shiba-inspired universe while developing a marketplace to inform final environment production." So far, the Shiba Inu is the only altcoin in the cryptocurrency industry with an ambitious project like this one.

And its community-driven initiative, which brought the token to where it is today, reverberates across industries. "The ShibArmy's vision for an artistic-driven and engaging online world is inspiring, The Third Floor chief strategy officer Dane Smith said.

"Through our artists’ commitment to excellence and several leaps in digital production, we can now visualize the scope and scale of a digital world in a way that really does move towards the promise of an infinite number of possibilities and mixed-reality experiences," the executive added. While the onboarding announcement did not go into details on what TTF would do to "Shib: The Metaverse," the partnership alone is already game-changing.

As of 2:41 a.m. ET on Thursday, SHIB was trading down 6.89% at $0.00001172 with a 24-hour volume of $965,268,625 based on the latest data from CoinMarketCap.
