“90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After?” Season 4 star Ashley Martson may have filed for divorce from Jay Smith, but that doesn’t mean she is completely done with her ex. The TLC stars recently discussed an incident that left Ashely feeling “betrayed” and “disrespected.”

After the couple’s split, Jay moved out of Ashley’s home, however, the Pennsylvania resident accused her ex of trying to set her up so he could stay in the country.

“He is trying to provoke me to act out so he [can] stay in the country under mental or physical abuse,” Ashley recently told In Touch.

During an Instagram Live session on Sunday, Jay told blogger John Yates that Ashley forced her way into his place and threw a fire extinguisher through the window. Although Ashley admitted to breaking the window, she claimed Jay invited her over so she could pick up her safe and child’s game system.

“Yes, I did [do that] because he stole my safe with personal belongings, including passports that I needed to travel with my family, as well as my son’s brand new PlayStation,” she explained.

Following the drama, Ashley used her Instagram Story to explain her actions. “I apologize for the drama. I know people love the drama, but for those who didn’t, I’m sorry. I’m beyond hurt and feel completely betrayed and disrespected,” she wrote.

“I pray this week helps me find happy, loving Ashley that I know is in there. My silence on social media is to better focus on my mental health and overall well being so I can be the best version of me. I appreciate the support and messages I have received.”
