Marvel’s Agent Carter” Season 1, episode 3 will make Peggy’s (Hayley Atwell) secret missions even harder. New sneak peeks from the episode show the men of the SSR getting closer to catching up with Agent Carter. It looks like they might discover her double life in a new clip.

Sneak Peek No. 1

The agents at the SSR are going over the evidence from the Roxxon building explosion. They’ve identified Leet Brannis (James Frain) as the dead man they found in New Jersey, and they have some of his belongings, including a typewriter that types back. They haven’t used it yet, but they know it’s a communication device. However, the typewriter isn’t the crazy part.

“Ready to have your socks knocked off? Leet Brannis died,” Agent Thompson (Chad Michael Murray) says.

“I know that, son. I’m staring at his corpse,” Chief Dooley (Shea Whigham) says as he looks at a morgue photo.

“Two years ago,” Thompson says.

He died in battle with the Russian army, and Thompson doesn’t know how he survived. Agent Sousa (Enver Gjokaj) interrupts to tell them a new piece of evidence. The bumper and license plate that they found in the Roxxon wreckage belongs to Howard Stark (Dominic Cooper).

Sneak Peek No. 2

Peggy wants to inspect Howard’s vault. She thinks she might be able to get some clues if she can retrace the criminal’s steps. Jarvis (James D’Arcy) isn’t much help. He said there was a thunderstorm and he was sleeping at the time of the break-in.

“You’re quite the guard dog,” Peggy notes.

Jarvis says security isn’t his responsibility, but the SSR interrupts. Agents Thompson and Sousa knock on his door. Jarvis opens it while Peggy hides behind a plant. They ask if he lost anything recently.

“Yes, I did lose a fountain pen on Fifth Avenue," Jarvis says.

“How about the bumper off a Fleetmaster? Anything like that?” Thompson asks.

Jarvis explains that he wishes they found the whole car. It was stolen. Of course, he actually left it in Hoboken with the keys in the ignition hoping for someone to steal it after the Roxxon incident. However, he wasn’t telling the SSR that. He thinks the car might be all they have to talk about so he tries to shut the door, but Thompson stops him.

“That bumper was found at the scene of a major crime,” Thompson explains. “There’s plenty further.”

Jarvis looks panicked since Peggy is hiding right next to the doorway with nowhere to go if the men come in.
