An Easter egg discovered by streamer GinaDarling in “Fortnite” may have hinted at the imminent launch of the upcoming AMD Big Navi GPUs. the streamer stumbled upon the text, “Something big is coming to the AMD battle arena.” Many speculate that the term big in the teaser may be pointing to the official reveal of the AMD Big Navi.

Tom’s Hardware, meanwhile, reported having discovered that if a passcode is keyed into the in-game terminal where the alleged Easter egg is located, it displays the number 6000. It is highly likely that it is a reference that AMD Big Navi would usher in a Radeon RX 6000 series of GPUs.

AMD Big Navi Price

An unnamed AMD partner is reportedly claiming that the company is planning to cut the cost of the 16 GB AMD Radeon RX 6000 series card. The decision is allegedly due to the recent unveiling of Nvidia's Ampere GeForce RTX 30-series. The arrival of the RTX 3080, RTX 3070 and RTX 3090 has increased the pressure on the AMD RDNA Big Navi GPU.
