“America’s Got Talent” Season 12 winner Darci Lynne Farmer’s career has officially started.

Following her successful stint in the hit NBC reality TV competition, Farmer graced the “Ellen Show” on Friday with her adorable puppet, Petunia. Talk show host Ellen DeGeneres congratulated Farmer and praised her for her impressive talent. She was also asked to perform live in front of the audiences, and the 12-year-old Oklahoma native relived her audition piece. Farmer received a standing ovation from DeGeneres, as well as the crowd.

Other than the “Ellen Show,” Farmer also graced Entertainment Tonight a day after Tyra Banks announced that she will bring home the $1 million grand prize. During her interview, the young ventriloquist admitted that she hasn’t had any sleep. She also shared what she plans to do with her cash prize. Other than buying her mom a refrigerator and dishwasher, Farmer also wants to give some money to her church for their mission programs.

Farmer bested thousands of contestants who auditioned in “America’s Got Talent” Season 12. But being on television wasn’t really something new to her. Before joining the reality competition, Farmer was also invited to showcase her talent on “Little Big Shots.” At that time, she was just 11 years old and was accompanied by her puppet, Katie.

Meanwhile, Farmer will be headlining two shows at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas on Nov. 3 and 4. She will be joined by “America’s Got Talent” Season 12 finalists Angelica Hale, Light Balance and Preacher Lawson.

Hale finished second this season, and big things are being predicted for the Filipino-American singer. Banks’ golden buzzer, Light Balance, will also be showcasing their light and dance shows, and judge Heidi Klum said that she will buy tickets to watch them live again and again. Comedian Lawson was dubbed as one of the best comedians by “America’s Got Talent” judge Howie Mandel. Fellow judge Simon Cowell is also confident that Lawson could star in his own TV show or movie.

“America’s Got Talent” Season 12 was a huge success as it received the most number of votes and viewership in the show’s history.
