America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 24 will not only see the return of Tyra Banks, but the upcoming episodes will also feature a slew of new themes and challenges.

According to Entertainment Weekly, fans of the reality TV show were asked to vote in the polls that will determine what challenges will be part of the “Fan Favorite Episode.” One of the polls pitted the “Bubble Runway” and “Mannequin in a Window” challenges against each other, and the former received more votes. A second poll for the photo shoot challenge pitted the “Spiders” against “Crying,” and the former received more votes.

Other than the special episode, Banks also announced that models regardless of age can now audition for “America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 24. On her Twitter account, the show’s creator and producer said that she realized she couldn’t impose age limit if she wants aspiring models to embrace and love themselves fully. She captioned the video post by sharing the application requirements for those who want to audition. This includes three photos, name, age, stats and contact information.

But even though the age limit has already been removed starting Cycle 24, Banks reminded that aspiring contestants that they still have to impress the casting agents. “You just need to know how to smize and be open to learning how to work the runway like a supermodel,” she said.

Banks temporarily departed her post as host, judge and mentor of “America’s Next Top Model” in Cycle 23. The same cycle was the first season to be released on VH1 and UK pop artist Rita Ora took Banks’ place.

“America’s Next Top Model” Cycle 24 will premiere on VH1 sometime in the fall.
