Apple is about to sell a cheap iPhone smartphone by start of 2020, according to known analyst. With this move, Apple could continue its massive increase in sales with the iPhone 11. Will Apple be ready to release the next iPhone SE 2 smartphone this 2020?

According to TF Securities analyst Ming Chu Kuo, Apple will sell a cheap iPhone SE2 unit at the start of 2020. Even with its cheap price, it’ll also have the A13 processor used on the iPhone 11. The iPhone SE2 is only a name that Kuo predicts for the new device but Apple has yet to reveal any official details about an early 2020 iPhone release.

Kuo continues that the iPhone SE2 would have a similar to design to the iPhone 8. This design allows Apple to save money as the company can use parts from older devices again while housing better hardware inside of it. Much like the iPhone 11, its processor and camera will be the main improvements in the device.

Apple users are currently aiming to replace the old iPhone 6 and 6s as it’s about to be unsupported on the latest iOS 13 update. As of this update, the iPhone 6 generation is now obsolete and will not be compatible with any new improvements and features added in the software. Many Apple fans want to keep using a smartphone from the company without having to buy one annually.

The company has ruled out that most of its users often buy devices after four years. It’s already been four years since the iPhone 6 and the first iPhone SE generation. Due to the iPhone 11’s cheaper price, many have considered going for the iPhone 11 and has translated well into Apple’s increasing stock value and massive orders for the iPhone 11.

As for the iPhone Special Edition series, the company has done well with these smartphones when it was released last 2016. It offered an affordable iPhone device for many users that also did well for Apple’s bottomline. If the iPhone SE2 does get released in early 2020, it may extend the high demand for Apple’s smartphones which the company is currently enjoying as of the release of the iPhone 11.
