  • Apple has a new offer to Apple TV+ subscribers
  • Subscribers can get a bundle that includes CBS All Access and Showtime
  • This is Apple's first bundle that includes third-party services for Apple TV

Apple now offers its first third-party subscription service bundle that includes Apple TV and two other streaming services – CBS All Access and Showtime.

Cupertino tech giant Apple announced that Apple TV+ subscribers now have the opportunity to get CBS All Access and Showtime for the low price of $9.99 per month after a free trial that lasts seven days. Customers will be able to enjoy the best of the three services via the Apple TV app on their Apple TV, iPhone and iPad.

It's worth noting that an Apple TV+ subscription doesn't come bundled with the two, The Verge reported. Paying for the new bundle only lets users enjoy CBS All Access and Showtime shows. Customers will need to pay for Apple TV+ separately. Nevertheless, the bundle will let subscribers save a lot compared to paying for each service individually.

CBS All Access, for example, has two plans: a $5.99/month plan that features limited commercials and a $9.99/month plan that doesn't have commercials save for those shown in Live TV and select shows with promotional interruptions. The new subscription bundle includes the ad-free CBS All Access plan.

Showtime, on the other hand, offers a free 30-day trial then charges $10.99 per month.

Getting the new bundle alongside an Apple TV+ subscription will only cost subscribers a total of $15.98 per month. Those who recently purchased an Apple device and are currently subscribed to Apple TV+ for free, on the other hand, will only need to pay $9.99. This means users can save as much as $15.98 per month for the three services, at least until the free Apple TV+ subscription expires.

Apple's execs are happy to announce the new bundle, emphasizing that it's one way their customers can enjoy “great value.”

“Apple TV+ gives you access to award-winning Apple Originals, with more high quality series and movies being added each month,” Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Internet Software and Services, said in the press release. “This bundle is a big bonus for Apple TV+ subscribers, giving them the best of CBS and Showtime on the Apple TV app at a great value.”
