Filming "Aquaman 2" was not an easy task for Jason Momoa. The actor said he suffered multiple injuries on the sets of the highly anticipated sequel, "Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom."

"I'm getting old is what's happening," Momoa said when he appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" on Tuesday. "I messed up my eyes. I just got something in it that kinda cut it up, and then I've gotta get surgery, I have a hernia, I've got ribs out. I'm just getting beat up."

However, the 42-year-old actor assured his fans that it is going to be a "great movie" and they are going to "love it."

When Ellen DeGeneres commented that Momoa seemed to be hurting himself a lot during the filming process, he agreed and noted he is an "aging" superhero.

"I just kind of give it, yeah. I love my job and I get a little too excited, then the age thing, you know, I'm an aging superhero right now," he told the 63-year-old host.

The actor also spoke about how he and his family "geeked out" on Billie Eilish at the "No Time to Die" premiere, which was held on Sept. 28 at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

"When we saw her, we just lost it. I lost it. We all geeked out," he said.

"Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom" is the second installment of DC Comics action-packed adventure "Aquaman," which was released in December 2018.

The second installment is slated to release on Dec. 16, 2022.

Momoa last month shared an image of his character's new suit with his 16.5 million Instagram followers. "Second round. New suit. More action," he wrote.

Besides Momoa's superhero movie, the actor will be seen in the movie "The Last Manhunt," which is directed by Christian Camargo.

He will also feature in a fantasy comedy movie, "Slumberland," which is slated to release in 2022. It is helmed by Francis Lawrence. The movie also stars Kyle Chandler, Marlow Barkley and India de Beaufort.

Momoa is also rumored to appear in a reboot of "Cliffhanger," which is under pre-production.
